IPS is currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to work in the Lafayette Hill, PA location. The Senior Project Manager will provide leadership on assigned projects and act to achieve financial, safety, and client relationship objectives. This person will have experience in the Bio Tech Industry. Job Duties: Manages delivery of individual projects and holds primary responsibly for achievement of cost, schedule and quality objectives. Oversees activities of Project Engineers, Construction Manager, and Site Superintendents on assigned projects. Ensures achievement of safety objectives and corporate goals on assigned projects. Coordinates resources to achieve project goals. Manages client interaction on assigned projects and promotes positive relationships. Identifies risks to project and corporation and works with Project Executives and Director of Operations to mitigate risks.

Candidate Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline or an equivalent technical degree. A minimum of 10 years of experience in Project Delivery, 5 of which must be in a Project Management role in the pharmaceutical industry / bio tech industry.
